But you will have complete privacy & peace. It is located at a safe, well-developed neighborhood, with a golf club/park/tennis court right across the street. Very convenient location: easy access to hwy 303, 180, 30, 820; 4-min drive to neighborhood market; 8-min to UTA Stadium; 5 miles from AT&T Stadium. The space ***You have the entire unit!! We only live in a separate building on the same property/address. You don't have to worry about privacy/disturbance.*** House Rules: No pets, no smoking, no partying/events. Guest access Parking space available next to stairs in front of the 3 car garage. Only 1 entrance with a total of 15 steps of stairs. Not ADA accessible. Other things to note *Laundry machines are in a covered area right outside of the front door. *Parking on property can only fit 2 cars max (1 car ideally). If you have more vehicles they’ll need to be parked by the 2-car inside fence area. The garages are in use by others. **Additional long-term rental discount may apply with negotiation.
