Excellent location near Samaritan Albany General Hospital, downtown Albany, and I-5. Fully furnished, minimum stay 14 days. NOTE that utility room and TV room are downstairs and accessed outside. The space Original fir floors. Main bath has original clawfoot tub next to the tiled walk-in shower. Guest access Brick patio in back yard. Other things to note Basement has separate outside door (the same door code). TV area and laundry are in basement along with second bathroom. House is stocked with starter sets of consumables such as toiletries and paper products. If you run out, it is up to you to purchase more. Queen bed has all-cotton sheets.
