Private house, one floor. 2 bedrooms. It is very cozy, comfortable and safe for kids. Great for couples and small families. Private garden with grill, ambient temperature pool; private parking for a medium truck or two small cars. Located in the center of Malinalco, everything is on foot: restaurants, cafes, museums, market and Archaeological Zone. Excellent weather. The pool is heated to 30°C at an extra cost. The space The house has two gardens. And it's equipped with garden furniture for a barbecue. As well as a covered terrace with a table for 6 people and a terrace with a game room. The extra cost of the pool is taken against photos that are taken at the beginning and end of the gas. I have a tab that marks the costs, and the balance is sent at the end of your stay as well as the amount to be paid. The first day of lighting, known as the first warm-up, can be up to 1500 pesos. After this, less gas is required on subsequent days, so consumption is lower and the cost is balanced. When it's a family it's well worth heating it but it's always good to consider the weather as there are times when it's better not to turn it on, but it's always the guests' decision. During your stay I'm not usually in Malinalco during your stay, but I'll always be available by phone.
