PLEASE no smoking or pets of any kind. Our children have severe allergic reactions to smoking and pets. There is enough space to sleep 12 guests with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 3 queen sofa beds. In the master bedroom is a king bed, fireplace, huge bathroom and a walk in closet. Sorry, the fire places will not be operable until the later months. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have 1 queen size bed each. The living room, family room, and basement each offer a pull out couch with a queen size bed. There are foam mattress toppers available for extra comfort. There is a total of 6 TVs in the home. Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc. are available on all TVs to those with a subscription. We furnish the bathrooms with towels, soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. There are hair dryers in the three full bathrooms. Our kitchen includes a refrigerator with an ice maker, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, eating and cooking utensils, toaster, drip coffee maker, kettle, spices, olive oil, and more. Kid friendly utensils, plates, cups, and bowls are provided. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. Detergent is provided. Also provided is an iron and 2 ironing boards. There are mattress toppers in the master bedroom closet. A mattress topper may add more comfort to the pull out couch beds. There is also one cot in the basement if needed.
