A CUSTOM HOME LIKE NO OTHER. "The Duck Lady's Home" is not a track home. It has a one of a kind, open, 1800 sf floor plan, with its own 2300 sq ft screened patio. It almost feels like outdoors. You will get a great value to match a comfortable stay, and since owner lives on the property, we will support your stay expeditiously . At times you may see some other kind of guests like storks, blue herrings, woodpeckers, wood ducks, turtles, iguanas and other wildlife. The space "The Duck Lady's Home" used to be a duck sanctuary; and yes, there is a duck lady, my mother, who built and maintained it, without profit, for the benefit of birds and ducks that still fly free around our area. Built in 2006 with excellent heat and sound insulation, "The Duck Lady's Home" It is very quiet inside. it is a custom designed, 10" ceiling, open floor plan, 1800 sq ft with 3 LARGE bedrooms and 2 custom bathrooms. There is plenty of vehicle space. Besides the two car garage, there is a two car garage driveway, and plenty of grass area; there is plenty of space. Guest access Guest areas include the patio in front of the garage and front door and the 2300 sq ft screened patio as shown in the photos. The patio through the sliding door of bedroom #2 is not part of the guest area. The garden is not part of the guest area; it is for viewing only. Part of it is wild forest and as such it contains Florida wildlife that may be dangerous. Do not walk through areas not listed as guest areas. Other things to note Plenty of parking for heavy trucks, trailers, RVs (without hookup) and other towables. KEEP HEAVY TRUCKS AND OTHER HEAVY VEHICLES OFF OF PARKING SLABS.
