If you’re looking for a quiet & private place then look no further than this one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Full of natural light & original hardwood floors on a gorgeous tree lined street. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, bars and other nightlife. We only offer bookings over 29 or more nights. Your stay includes all gas, electricity, water, fast wifi & fully furnished. This unit is part of a 4plex & on the top floor. We also have free parking for 1 car. The space Perfect place for professionals in town for more than 30 days work. This fully furnished unit also comes with linens and towels for your stay. The unit is central heating but is not central AC. We have a window hose Air Conditioning unit in the bedroom. There are fans provided for the rest of the house. This apartments light industrial décor of metal, wood and color will allow you to relax & unwind while at home but help to inspire you to explore the beauty of the city of Denver. With its hardwood floors & attention to detail in design you will feel comfortable in this home. This apartment is located on the top (Level 1), there are 6 steps to get up to this apartment. We provide essentials like toilet paper and paper towels, coffee pods etc for up to a week. After that guests are expected to purchase their own toilet paper and other products. We do have the unit set up with shampoo and conditioner not to mention sugar, ketchup etc. So that when you first arrive you are ready to go. Month by Month or bookings over 30 days includes the furniture, gas, electricity, water and wifi. Although we don't have a washer/dryer onsite we give directions to the closest laundromat which isn't far from the apartments. Cleaning cost is for the exit clean. We organise a cleaner to come and so an exit clean on the property. The fee does not include a regular clean. But in the apartment we provide a vaccum and mop so you can do it yourself. Our apartment is fully furnished, very comfortable and professionally cleaned prior to each stay. Inside our unit you will find: • Furnished with MODERN FURNITURE and details like bed side reading lights, cozy plush throws for the living area and bedroom. • FULL KITCHEN - microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and kitchen ware down to the Tupperware for yummy leftovers– all you bring is food and YOU! • FULLY STOCKED BATHROOM – adjustable shower nozzle and full bathtub with essentials like - hairdryer, towels and washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. • Free & Private easily accessible PARKING. Parking is in the alleyway behind the building. • 43 inch smart TV with access to login to your own Netflix, Amazon or other streaming accounts. • QUEEN SIZED BED (bed is on the firmer side), down comforter, over-sized pillows. • Safe and easy walking distance to some of the best eateries in Denver –Lola, Uncle, Root Down, Ale House, Old Major and Little Man Ice Cream just to name a few. Guest access Guests have full access to the unit. It is just for them, no space inside the unit is shared with anyone. The front and back yards of the building are shared with the 3 other tenants of the building. Other things to note Inside the unit we have an air mattress in the cupboard with a set of linens so you can use if you have a guest. We may need to schedule a viewing of the apartment, which we will coordinate with the Airbnb guest. The host will be there for the entire viewing and it will only take about 15 minutes.
