Hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, shopping, eating, and relaxing make for the perfect mountain escape! **A/C units in Bedrooms** The space Stratton Access Rd is only 1.5 miles away and a quick 10 min drive to the base of the mountain. Bromley and Magic Mtns are 15 mins away; Okemo and Mt. Snow are 35 mins. Visit Manchester for classic VT shopping and dining. The cabin itself has all the modern amenities you need to feel at home. The newly renovated kitchen equipped with high end appliances includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and range oven. While there are many local restaurants we love to recommend, we understand that sometimes it’s nice to just stay in and have a home cooked meal. You'll find everything you need to make a beautiful meal for your crew - pots and pans, chef's knife, a waffle iron, toaster, and blender are here to help make it happen. The custom dining table can accommodate 8-10 adults, so it's the perfect place for gathering. There's a delicious coffee shop 5 minutes down the road to pick up a latte or locally roasted beans so you can brew your own here with the pour over, french press, or drip coffee makers. Make a hot chocolate, hot tea, or even a hot toddy to enjoy around one of the 3 (three!) fire features: the indoor stone fireplace, the backyard fire pit, or the modern chiminea on the deck. You're welcome to use our corn hole set to play in the yard under the cafe lights! When you're ready to call it a night, the bedrooms are furnished with new Casper mattresses, medium and firm pillows, cozy sheets and blankets. For the summer months, the bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioners. The primary bedroom on the first floor has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub for ultimate relaxation. There are two bedrooms upstairs: the first has a queen size bed and desk for working remotely. The second has two full size beds perfect for kids or adult-size slumber parties. In addition to the primary en suite bathroom, there is also a full bathroom on both the first and second floor, so you won't be fighting over bathroom time. The loft space has the ultimate cabin vibes. The couch is the perfect place for an afternoon nap or to read a book, but it also has a pull out mattress if your group requires the extra sleeping space. Other amenities include a full washer and dryer, hair dryers, iron, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, firewood, and backup generator (for ultimate peace of mind). Please note that A/C is only in the bedrooms and not the main living space. We've designed this home with ourselves in mind and the things we miss most when we are out traveling. Our hope is that you feel instantly at home when you walk in the door. Guest access You'll have access to the entire cabin with the exception of 2 closets used for private storage.
