Open space living room, plush floors, fully equipped Kitchen. Large bedrooms With comfortable linen bedding and room-darkening drapes and blinds. Maximum - 6 guests , we don’t have extra sleeping places for more people , no sneaking in , please 😂. Large outdoor terrace with comfortable sitting looking out to mountains and a frog pond. George Forman electrical grill on the terrace . Wood for fireplace is NOT provided , HARDWOOD can be purchased at any gas station or supermarket, fire pit wood is provided ( softwood )is under the stairs . Don’t use it in a fireplace - it’s hazardous! We don’t have an electric car charger , the one that by out parking spot is our neighbor’s. Off limits ! The complex Is located in a secluded off-road space, near lakes, farm, and trails. There are fire pits on the property of the complex . Rainy days in the mountains are never a hold-up from having an amazing time. The beautiful town of Windham, a short drive to Hudson, or just chill with board games, and TV, or just chill out on a deck with a glass or (2..3..) of wine and enjoy the view and frogs talking. We use high quality linen bedding, it’s a naturally textured fiber , let us know if you have any issues with that and we will provide cotton bedding . Booster chair and portable crib are available for babies , let us know if you need to set it up . Guest access -Guests will be given a code to a lockbox that will have the key in it. -Wifi connection is great, but be aware that there is no cell reception in the parking lot or around the complex. If you need to contact us or make a phone call, please, try to drive up the road to get a signal. The complex is surrounded by mountains, which could be the reason. -Guests are allowed everywhere on the condominium complex premises. Guests that use the public swimming pool must read and agree to pool rules before booking - see below. Pool is NOT heated , opens June 26th this year till Labor Day weekend . Swimming pool is only for residents and renters . Not busy at all . The swimming pool at MOUNTAIN VIEW SAFETY RULES: NEVER SWIM ALONE A minimum of 2 adults, 18 years of age or this older, m u s t b e present whenever Violators will be subject to fine and/or suspension from pool usage. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or adult responsible for their safety and behavior while at the swimming pool. Minimum of two adults rule also applies. A free telephone is provided o n the pool nembers for ere nearest emergency medical services are posted. ONLYUSE THIS SWIMMING POOL DURING POSTED HOURS OF OPERATION Daily 10AM - 7PM In the event the pool must be closed, a sign will be posted. These signs must not be ignored. DON'T DRINK AND SWIM No food, bottles or cans allowed ni pool area. SAFETY IS A JOINT RESPONSIBILITY. Please read the safety rules outlined ni this brochure and review the Satety/Emergency Plans posted in the Clubhouse. If you have any questions, we will be happy to discuss them with you. We are required to notify you of these rules/plans, to insure water rescue equipment is at the premises. Other things to note No parties No smoking inside. No pets allowed. We can’t accommodate any animals (including service) because of the allergen free environment that we guarantee to provide . $200 fee will be applied. Please, clean everything that you used after yourselves - grill, rice cooker, waffle maker , stove , oven , if you can’t , please, let us know . We usually have guests checking in at the same day and want to make sure it’s all ready for them . Thank you !!
