Only a 10 a minute walk to Peasholm Park and a 15 minute walk the North Bay Beach, cafes, restaurants and takeaways. Only a 15 minute walk to town too. Living and Dining Step into a warm, open-plan living area where leather sofas and soft lighting create a relaxed, welcoming space. The dining area comfortably seats your group for everything from leisurely breakfasts to celebratory dinners, all set against a backdrop of peaceful décor and natural light. Kitchen and Cooking The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for every culinary occasion. Featuring sleek grey cabinetry, spacious worktops and a generous range cooker, it’s a delight for any home cook. The breakfast bar is perfect for your morning coffee or a chat while preparing meals, and all essential appliances are included for ease and comfort. With a dishwasher, washing machine and outside clothes line this really is a home from home. Bedrooms and Comfort Each bedroom has been designed for rest and relaxation, with soft linens, stylish accents and calming tones. The master suite beneath the eaves offers an especially cosy retreat with a large-screen smart TV and Netflix. One twin room can be configured as a king, giving you flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your group. All rooms apart from the small twin feature smart TVs with complimentary Netflix for relaxed evenings in. Bathrooms Three fresh, modern bathrooms feature quality fixtures. Enjoy the convenience of a walk-in shower in each of the two ensuites, or soak away the day in the deep L-shaped bath in the house bathroom. Everything has been thoughtfully arranged to combine comfort and functionality. Wifi & Complimentary Netflix Stay connected with fast fibre Wi-Fi throughout the home on every floor and Netflix in three of the four bedrooms. Family Friendly This is a warm and welcoming space for families. A travel cot, high chair, and child-friendly crockery and cutlery are all provided, along with a small selection of children’s books to enjoy during your stay. We hope these little extras help reduce what you need to pack, so you can relax and focus on making happy seaside memories together. Please request travel cot at least a week before arrival and remember to bring your own bedding. Parking Permits are provide at no additional cost for your entire stay. Parking is on-street in this lovely, quiet residential avenue and you can usually park within a few yards of the front door. Mid-Stay Cleaning A light mid-stay clean/linen change is available for stays of 7 days or more. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 4 weeks before arrival. Luggage Drop Off With advance notice, luggage can be dropped off between 11:00-15:00 on day of arrival. Outdoor Space Your private courtyard garden is a lovely sun trap, complete with seating, artificial lawn and a pergola for evening drinks on warmer evenings. Fully enclosed, it’s a safe and inviting space for everyone, whether enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. Locality A short stroll brings you to a peaceful, grassed dog-walking path near the cemetery, leading to the beautiful Peasholm Park. The town centre, sandy beaches and dog-friendly restaurants are all within a 10–15 minute walk. For food lovers, host Jacqui is happy to recommend the best local spots for sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients. IMPORTANT INFORMATION. This is a 4 bedroomed house but please note that whilst you have this beautiful large house to yourselves, the nightly rate includes two bedrooms. The first room is a king size room with ensuite shower room & w.c. The second room can be either a king room with ensuite or a twin room which is adjacent to the house bathroom. If you would like a third or fourth bedroom, these are available at and additional £25 per night, per room and must be requested at the time of booking. Other things to note SAFETY For your peace of mind, our property meets all current fire, gas and electrical safety regulations. We carry out regular checks and servicing so you can relax and enjoy your stay knowing everything has been professionally maintained and is fully compliant. DOGS We love dogs and are delighted to welcome them to the house. To keep the space comfortable for everyone (including guests who don’t have pets) we have just a few simple rules. Dogs must stay on the spacious ground floor and aren’t allowed upstairs on the carpeted areas or in bedrooms, we provide a doggy stairgate to assist with this request. The rear garden is Astroturf, so dogs shouldn’t foul there, but there’s a lovely walk around the cemetery at the end of the street, it may sound spooky, but it’s really not! It’s a peaceful, grassed path within the walls that stays shaded in summer and leads straight into Peasholm Park and onward to the beach. We appreciate that these rules may not suit everyone, but they help us keep the house welcoming for all our guests while still allowing you to bring your four-legged family members along.
