Lynx Haven: 420 Friendly, Hot Tub, 3 BR Top Floor

A secluded slice of nature that's close to everything! Top floor (only) of newly remodeled house. 3 rooms w/ queen beds(extra by request) Full kitchen/dining/living room patio/yard/hot tub Clear parties/events with us first! We are pet, 420, and LGBTQIA friendly! 15-minutes or less to: * Downtown Denver * Red Rocks * Golden Walking distance to: * Convenience store * Train station (to Denver, Airport, etc) * Hiking @ Van Bibber Open Space We ❤ musicians and Burners )'( The space You will have the entire *top floor* of the home. This includes usage kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one of which is attached to the master suite.) IMPORTANT: Hosts live on the bottom floor, but *when the top floor is not booked* we use the upstairs kitchen, so there may be host food in the refrigerator and cabinets. ALLERGY WARNING: we do have one cat who lives here. It keeps to the downstairs, and the upstairs rooms have air filters. Guests haven't had problems, but those severe allergies may react. Laundry room available upon request (downstairs in our space, not in top floor that you are renting) This listing is 420 (cannabis) friendly! Please let us know if you would like us to smoke outside as some smell can drift from our floor to yours. Your hosts are a musician/producer and a performance artist/entrepreneur. Guest access PARK ON VIVIANT ST!! Do NOT park in our driveway nor the in neighbor's driveway that's connected to ours. There is a light rail station a five-minute walk from the house able to take you to countless places throughout the city, as well as the airport. There is a park less than a mile away perfect for dog walks, bike rides, and light hiking with plenty of benches throughout the meadow to sit and enjoy the mountain views. During your stay We live on the bottom floor and leave the entire top floor for guests. Feel free to come down if you need anything. Other things to note we're super friendly and right downstairs, so just ask if you need anything!
