Bring your 35lb or less pet dog to enjoy the space too, it's only $45 additional per day, per dog. The space The home has been updated and includes a private, fully fenced in back yard featuring a gas fire pit. Pets are allowed for an additional fee (larger pets may be permitted at our discretion – please inquire). The interior includes a comfortable living room, gourmet kitchen with Jenn-Air and kitchenaid appliances, two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. There are two TVs (one in the living room and one outside in the backyard), both are airplay compatible so you can easily stream your favorite movies or TV shows, the indoor TV has a digital antenna for local stations. There is a dedicated work space with a sit/standing desk, and an additional desk in a separate bedroom, and high-speed internet. There is a washer and dryer located on the first floor. This house is perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Backyard: The spacious backyard is private and fully fenced in. It includes a patio area with a gas fire-pit surrounded by comfortable seating, TV, dining table, and lights to enjoy an evening outside. *No parties or super loud music – we really like our neighbors and want to be respectful * Bedrooms: The house can accommodate up to six people if two are willing to sleep on a futon in the living room. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. The first bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress; the second bedroom includes a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The futon in the living room converts to a queen size bed. Pet Dogs Pets of 35lbs or less are allowed for an additional fee of $45 per day per pet. Larger pets may be permitted at our discretion – please inquire. Payment is due prior to arrival. I live locally and am available should you need anything – but will plan to stay out of your way unless needed! Guest access Guests will be provided with a door code to access the home with keyless entry. Parking: There is ample free street parking available in this area, we have never had any issues finding a spot very close to the house. Other things to note - We ask that you take care of our home and the belongings inside as if they were your own. - There are steps to get into the house and to get up to the bedrooms on the second floor. - No parties or smoking. There will be a fine if any evidence of smoking is found. - Please keep music and noise to a reasonable level -- complaints from neighbors are not fun for any of us. - The garage and basement are owners’ areas and are off-limits.
