El Nido - Apartment (in town).

El Nido is a charming enclosed & private suite w/ beautiful & ever changing courtyard gardens w/ a private entrance to your own suite. Shared main entrance with the owners. Very comfy queen bed & 1bath (2 sinks). Fully equipped kitchen. Shared W/D located in garage. One covered parking space. ATV’s can be brought in the courtyard. We are located in town - walkable to shops, cafes, taquerias, Palmas Pickleball Resort, restaurants and the glorious beach. Shared Starlink wifi. The space El Nido means The Nest. This lovely and cozy suite was designed with an industrial look. You have your private garden courtyard & private suite entrance w/ lounges for chill days. We offer 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, towels, cooler and couple sets of snorkel gear. You are just minutes walking to all the shops, cafes, taquerias, restaurants, and most importantly the beach! We have tried to make this your home away from home and hopefully as comfortable. Maybe with a little twist. Should you need anything we are here to assist. Rick and I live upstairs with our dogs and sometimes we foster from our local dog rescues. For your safety, there is an exterior security camera in the carport. Guest access Guests have access to the shared washer & dryer located in the garage. Other things to note I would like to kindly inform potential guests that power outages and brownouts rarely but can occur throughout the year in Los Barriles. This can also include water. These issues are out of anyones control, to combat a potential power outage/water shortage we do have a back up generator for evenings and water in storage. With that being said we have a selection of books and games to take in. *New - for your safety, there is an exterior security camera placed in the carport.
