Welcome to your private retreat conveniently located on a quiet street with stunning views of the Puget Sound! 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle. 25 minutes from SeaTac Airport. The space Only .7 miles from Lowman Beach, .5 miles from Lincoln Park, and .4 miles from restaurants and grocery stores. Approximately 25 minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. One block from a bus line. Everything you could need is in walking distance! Completely renovated in 2018, we've created a stunning and relaxing space that we can't wait to share with you! Each of the two bedrooms feature queen memory foam mattress. Between the two bedrooms is a Jack n' Jill bathroom. Large kitchen w/stools to eat in or step outside to enjoy a meal on the large private deck. Main space features a large sectional sofa with fireplace and four large windows to take in views of the Puget Sound and the neighboring forested preserve. You will not feel like you are in a city in this home! The unit has air conditioning! Laundry is shared with downstairs unit and is available upon request. Parking is street only for the View Retreat, but there is ample unrestricted parking immediately in front of the home. Guest access This rental is situated in a quiet neighborhood; parties and smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited, even on outside decks. Quiet hours are between 9pm-8am. On occasion you might see the owner on the property, or other renters in the cottage. No visitors are permitted on the property other than registered guests. Maximum occupancy is 4. Other things to note **Cancellation Policy- we do have a strict cancellation policy.
