One-room apartment with separate entrance and bathroom

In the closed area of our house. Pleasant atmosphere through clay plaster + wood; beautiful surroundings, very quiet. and close: Ratzeburg (car 5 min), Lübeck (car 20 min). One bathroom; only ONE fast induction hotplate, simple cooking, fridge, Wi-Fi. Double bed (160 × 200). Additional table + chairs in the garden. Free bikes. Bus on B207 junction Buchholz. Very fast to the lake, boating. No animals, no smoking. Limited telephony in the house due to clay plaster depending on the provider. The space It's uniquely quiet here, and the street lights go out at midnight. The house is very very old, but completely modernized in 2010. The apartment has clay plaster and wood. For cooking, there is a pan and pots and ONE induction hotplate, a kettle; otherwise a complete "kitchen program" (garlic press etc.), salt/pepper, vinegar/oil. You can wash dishes in a plastic dish tub, dish towels etc. everything is there. Cosmetic mirror in the bathroom, hair dryer. You are also welcome to sit outside, table and chairs with upholstery, or borrow my Swiss brand bicycles (two red Cresta) for free. The separation to our living area consists of a (locked) door. Guest access The apartment is completely for yourself. You are completely independent and do not disturb anyone. It's all ground level, no steps. However, the access is paved with cobblestones, so it is a bit bumpy, but it looks very nice and complies with the monument guidelines that our 500-year-old house observes. The veranda door/access door is only about 170 cm high; inside, however, you have enough headroom, up to 350 cm. You have access to the shed. In very bad weather, guests have already smoked in there; the bicycles are also there for you. Other things to note The picture with the carpet and the new workplace is the current one. The dining table is now opposite and the armchairs in front of the window. However, you are also welcome to change it.
