This 2 bedroom apartment is in the perfect location. 2-minute walk to the medical mile, a 10-minute walk to downtown, and about 4 blocks from the highway for easy access (although just far enough from the highway that you can't hear highway noise). The apartment has beautiful, 12-foot ceilings, natural hardwood floors and is fully furnished. Laundry is in the basement and is free and street parking is easy and free year-round. This is a safe space and all walks of life are welcome! The space The master bedroom contains a queen bed while the 2nd bedroom can be equipped with a full bed or remain an office. The building is a duplex but you'll have your own entrance from the outside as well as your own private entrance to the basement/laundry facilities. There is a large and private deck equipped with a hammock for the summer months! I lived in this unit for 5 years before purchasing the property and absolutely loved it! Beautiful hardwood floors, tall ceilings, natural light, and stain-glassed windows. But the best part about the apartment is the location. Guest access Free street parking right out front. Generally pretty easy to get a spot with occasional issues during the winter (due to Michigan snow and snow removal rules). Very safe neighborhood with welcoming and diverse neighbors.
