The ranch is great for traveling medical staff and other employees wanting to unwind in a relaxing home environment. Numerous hiking trails, special spots to just relax, and enjoy nature. Guest must park in the parking lot by the guest parking sign. The space This is a modern updated one bedroom and bathroom unit. The space is open with great views of the environment. It’s 10 minutes to the hospital and great for long term travelers with all the convinces of home. Pets allowed;however, guest are required to provide protection cover for the futon, a litter box for a cats and pad for dogs to urinate at check in. Guest must take a photo documenting these things and forward it to the owner. Refusal to follow this rule and guest will forfeit the paid rent and not allowed to stay in the unit.
