All windows face the lake and provide breathtaking views any season, day or night. The sunsets are magnificent, and storms are a marvel to behold. Enjoy the view from the patio, or inside from a comfy couch or the queen sized bed. The property is smoke and animal free and we make an effort to use natural cleaners due to allergy concerns. The space Sliding glass doors provide access to a lovely patio and an extraordinary view of Lake Erie. The large bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and looks out on the lake. The main room has an eat-in kitchen, and a living area with a comfy couch and love seat for reading, relaxing or just watching the lake. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Guest access There is dedicated parking directly in front of the apartment door. There is a popular pizza parlor as well as a full service restaurant within a 2-3 minute walk, and other restaurants are nearby. Highmark Stadium (Bills' games, concerts, events), Keybank Center (Sabres' games, concerts, events), Hamburg Fairgrounds (Hamburg Fair, events), and the City of Buffalo are all within a short drive. We are also on the Seaway Trail, and there are places nearby to access the lake itself. Other things to note Our outside space may occasionally be shared by guests of the Salon or the Co-Working spaces in the other buildings, but for the most part, it is a private area and you will rarely see others. The property is smoke and animal free due to severe allergies. We also make every effort to use non-toxic cleaning supplies.
