Cottage in Newmilns

Escape to this beautiful cottage situated in the countryside overlooking the Irvine Valley near the town of Newmilns and only 35 mins from Glasgow city centre. The sunsets from this west facing cottage will take your breath away and make your stay here memorable. We supply electricity on a fair use policy, if you use up all that is provided you may have to top up the supply using the top up meter in the property The space Electric Supply - electricity is not included in the nightly rate. It will be charged using a Top up Meter. Full details of which will be provided on arrival and in the guest information manual. This cottage forms part of a complex and has its own patio and the parking area is close by. Guest access Guests have full access to the swing park and the surrounding garden. We have fire pits available should you wish to use one please ask at reception for details. The Gyms are open every day from 9am to 7pm midweek and till 3pm at the weekends and are available for use at an additional charge of £5 per person per session with last admission 30mins before closing. Please note the Swimming pool is not accessible during the swimming lessons which run every day during the following times. Monday 10am to 1pm 3pm to 6pm. Tuesday 4pm to 6.30pm Wednesday 4pm to 6.30pm Thursday 4pm to 6.30pm Friday 10am to 2pm 3.30pm to 6pm Saturday 8am to 2pm Sunday 9am to 3pm The Sauna use is available for an additional charge and must be pre-arranged at reception. £10.00 for 1 session for 1 person. £5.00 for each additional person up to a max of 4 people. Alternatively, if you are staying for an extended period you can take out a club membership which would work out more economical for you. Other things to note Please check your guest information folder within your property or with the reception staff at Country Club for swimming pool availability as it will not be available during swimming lessons. Dogs - MUST NOT be allowed on the furniture including the beds. Please bring the dogs own bedding and towels to wipe there feet. There is an outside tap should the dog require their feet cleaned after a walk before coming back into the cottage.
