The space Overall, the sprawling mansion estate has two dedicated wings which function as 2 separate, private, self-contained homes. As guests booking the West Wing, rest assured that you and your family and friends alone occupy the entire West Wing as its own private residence. (The owners live in the separate East Wing, through a locked doorway. Their residence and all its living space is completely separated from the West Wing.) The West Wing boasts its very own 2000-plus square feet of private living area including its own private front, rear and side entrances (each with their own patios), dedicated entry hall, private formal dining room, library living room, nicely equipped kitchenette, bathroom, two bedrooms — the LakeView Room has a double bed and a bunkbed (2 single beds); the GardenView room also has a double bed and a bunkbed (2 single beds). Plus the West Wing also features a private large, upscale entertainment room complete with pool table, fireplace, fitness equipment, smart tv, dinette table, a double bed, a single bed, and a fold down Murphy double bed for a 3rd sleeping area. Outdoors, the large inground hot tub spa (seasonal) is also dedicated for your exclusive use as the sole guests of the West Wing on the Water at Lac Baker. Other things to note The hot tub is only available from May 24 long weekend through Labour Day weekend. It is closed winters.
