This casual beach efficiency is a 100 yards to Johns Pass, fishing, parasailing, kayaking, dolphin watch/eco boat tours and 5 min walk to the beach. Enjoy coffee outback while watching the canal filled with birds and wildlife! The space PLEASE READ---Our super small and cozy space is very comfortable for 1 or 2 people. There is a queen bed, a nice desk space for remote workers or eating a meal. ****There is a small kitchen space that has some basics but is ****NOT A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN****. There is NO full size oven/cook top, but we do have *Coffee maker, *Toaster oven, Fridge/Freezer and small stainless steel sink to do small amounts of dishes. Additionally we have a nice Private back yard seating area that is fully fenced in as well as a shared court yard that overlooks the canal full of boats. What this small apartment complex lacks in luxury, it more than makes up for with convenience to attractions and the beach. This fun and casual beach apartment has all you need including 2 beach towels and 2 beach chairs. We have one assigned parking spot ready for you, which is a hot commodity in this awesome little town Guest access You have the whole apartment to yourself. You have a private entrance and a small private fenced back yard area with a small table. Additionally there is a large court yard out behind the apartment with some lounge chairs, a hammock and a couple docks that you can enjoy. The docks and courtyard area are a shared space so you may see some other guests out there as well. Other things to note We are willing to host guests with children, but when bringing a child you will need to request to book. We just want you to confirm that you understand there is unfenced access to the water. We want to ensure kids are closely watched and kept safe :) **** Please note, this apartment has been fully renovated after the hurricanes came through last year. Recovery efforts are ongoing and most businesses and activities are up and running again. The property has some way to go still but great progress has been made. The docks are not currently useable and are roped off until a dock company becomes available to replace them.
