Clean pool, not heated in winter. - Jacuzzi spa and sauna independent of Loft 1 Gite, in addition to your rental, by reservation 2 hours before. (Children in the Jacuzzi possible from 6 years old). Other things to note Our services are for a Gîte, kitchen ok, 2 people and 1 more person on request, at an additional cost. Numerous restaurants next door and you have a kitchen area in your cottage. We do not provide breakfasts or meals. We welcome children with pleasure in the calm, that everyone is looking for at Atrium. Smoking ok only on the pool terrace without moving and cigarette well extinguished in our ashtrays. Fiber internet ok and 4/5g ok. No TV. If you are coming with a baby (0 to 1 year old) and why not 1 child, we must be informed before validating your reservation. +We do not have a crib. Ask us for any information. Children under 7 years old are not allowed in the Spa. Any animal, however small and nice, is forbidden on our Estate. Information already given on the Airbnb ad. In the presence of an animal, the reservation will be canceled immediately, without compensation with our Airbnb agreements and our specific listing. We do not charge a cleaning fee but ask you to leave your Gite clean, as you had it on arrival, and follow our simple instructions, given by Airbnb messaging. If dirty, waste, non-compliance with simple instructions a fee of 50 euros will be charged. Check-in and check-out condition report, together.
