Large, quiet private room

A 60 m2 2-bedroom apartment in a secure private residence, a 7-minute walk to the metro and 6-7 stations to the city center or Matabiau train station, a private parking space, swimming pool (summer), air conditioning in the living room only. Possibility of having breakfast or a meal on the terrace. The bedroom (queen size bed) is quiet (important, right?). Supermarket/bakery/pharmacy 5 minutes' walk, and a pizzeria :-) A wakeboard-water ski and water games leisure center is a 5-minute drive. The space Check-in available 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Check-out is at 8:00 a.m. (Sometimes flexible schedule: let me know before booking). Keys are handed over and returned by hand. Thank you very much for returning the room properly tidied and cleaned when you check out (the necessary items are available) because I do not charge a cleaning fee :-) Guest access As the residence does not have a key box, keys are handed over and picked up by hand for everyone's safety. For travelers with vehicles, a space is reserved for you (let me know if you have any special requests. Example: vehicle size or other) During your stay Contact me as you wish (via Airbnb or text). Other things to note Breakfast is unfortunately not included in the listing but a bakery is about a 5-minute walk from the accommodation :-)
