C2: 1Bedroom + 1Bath near the Beaches with Wi-Fi

This 1 bedroom private unit located on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor complex. Our unit is located by The Beaches at Coxwell Ave & Queen Street East! Steps away from local pubs/restaurants, grocery stores & boutique shops. Only 30 minutes by public transportation or 10 minute drive to downtown Toronto. This place is quite relaxing and comfortable for couples. Along with the space, guests also have access to our shared laundry facility, basic cable TV (Fire Stick provided entertainment) & WIFI. The space A freshly, styled and furnished 1 bedroom apartment with a couch in living room! This unit comes with all appliances in the kitchen - Microwave, toaster oven, toaster, hot water kettle, mini fridge, and portable stove top. This space is complete with a living and dining room area with a TV (basic cable and Chromecast provided). It's equipped with all basic household amenities for your stay: fresh linens, towels, toilet paper, utensils, cook wear, dishes, Keurig coffee machine (pods not provided). Other things to note WEEKEND BOOKING ALERT: Unfortunately we are unable to accept any bookings that are less than 3 nights if it falls on a weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday). For example, if you are checking in on Thursday, you must check out on Sunday. If you are unsure if your reservation meets this requirement, please send me a message before instant booking. PARKING DETAILS: Parking is available. However there are only 2 parking spaces available shared amongst 4 units. While we try to accommodate everyone's parking needs, there simply isn't enough spots. Here are all the parking options available: 1. Free street parking (off premise): There are several parking spots available around the neighbourhood. With this option, there are no costs associated, however, there are restrictions on when you can/can not park. Depending on where you park, some restrictions are as follows: - No parking from 12am to 7am daily - No parking from 7am to 9am on weekdays - Only 1 hour free parking It is the guests responsibility to read the City's parking signs. 2. Paid Parking (on premise): In order to provide a fair solution to all our guests, our 2 on premise parking spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Each of these spots cost $10 a day. If you would like for me to reserve a spot for you, please let me know and I'll adjust your reservation to reflect this cost. 3. Paid Parking (off premise): If by chance, none of the parking on premise are available, you may apply with the City of Toronto for a temporary parking permit. This will allow you to park on any of the streets that has the "No parking from 12am to 7am daily" signs. To apply, for this permit, please visit the City of Toronto website. The permit must be applied a week in advance and the cost for these permits are as follows: - 24 hour permit: $16 - 48 hour permit: $24 - 1 week permit: $37 Please let me know if you have any further questions.
