Located in mid town, Paducah, this 2 bedroom duplex is centrally located to everything that Paducah has to offer! 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, large eat-in kitchen and a washer and dryer. Stay for a weekend or stay for a week. Close to Baptist Hospital, the mall, and downtown Paducah. Fully equipped kitchen with a full sized refrigerator as well as coffee, tea, snacks and an assortment of soft drinks are available. Close to I-24 so you can pop in and out quickly! The space You will have exclusive access to a 2 bedroom duplex which has a large parking area right in front of the unit. The parking area can easily accommodate 2 cars, trucks with trailers or moving vans. The unit has 2 bedrooms, a full sized eat-in kitchen, a TV/ living room, a full bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a screened in back porch with access to a backyard. There’s also an attached storage area which you can access with your key if you need a place to store a bicycle or luggage, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery stove, refrigerator, microwave etc. There’s a keurig coffee maker and an electric kettle plus a variety of tea and coffee! Guest access You will be staying on one side of a 2 unit duplex. The left side is 2 bedrooms and the right side is 3 bedrooms. Both sides are Airbnb, so if there are people next door, they are travelers just like you! Each unit has its own, separate front door entry and they are not connected in any way. Each unit also has a screened in back porch and back door that leads to a shared back yard. Other things to note I have traveled all over the world, but there’s no place like home! For me, home is Paducah, KY which is an eclectic little town in far West KY nestled between KY, IL and MO. For 15 years I was a traveling sales person, so needless to say I have seen it all!
