Gite Les Trois Étoiles d'Auvergne is a cozy, comfortable gite, where it is good to stay all year round (even during winter sports!). Due to the partly sloping roof and the wooden beams, this vacation home has a lot of charm and light. The gite is located entirely on the ground floor, with a split level of 3 steps. Detailed description: Detached On 3 steps after the ground floor! You enter the gite through a spacious corridor, then you enter the spacious hall with wardrobe, an old French desk, separate toilet and access to the bathroom. When you take 3 steps down in the hall, you enter the L-shaped open kitchen, which is equipped with built-in appliances and all the necessities. When you have passed the dining table, you will enter the cozy sitting area with a spacious lounge sofa, 2.5-seater sofa, stereo/CD player, DVD player, flat-screen TV with satellite connection, and a lovely Supra insert wood stove. From the sitting area, you can walk through the French patio doors to your spacious south-facing terrace. From the sitting area, you have a view of your terrace, meters-high spruces and nice borders. If you take 3 steps up in the sitting area, you will enter the Master Bedroom with a double bed (2 separate mattresses 90x200 cm) and wardrobe. All our beds have good mattresses and 4-season duvets! From the bedroom, you walk into the luxurious bathroom (the bathroom can be reached both through the hall and through the master bedroom) equipped with a separate shower cabin, bathtub, 2 sinks and a designer radiator. So there is no need to shower in the bath, which makes this gite extremely suitable for people who are less able to walk, but can take 3 steps! Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the 2nd bedroom with 1 single bed of 90 x 200 cm and 1 single bed of 90 x 200 cm, which you can make into a double bed of 180 x 200 cm in no time. Terrace (fenced) facing south, Garden 5000 m2, River In front of the gite, you have access to a private, fenced terrace facing south, with garden furniture and sun loungers. The terrace is bordered with a nice border. In addition to the use of the terrace, you may use the entire garden (about 4000 m2) (common). Guests of Maison van Stijn can reach the private river at the bottom of the property via a "natural" staircase. All year round, including winter sports! The gite is excellently insulated and can be heated well by means of fast-acting central (electric) heating and a wonderful Supra insert wood-burning stove. Both in summer and in winter, the temperature in the gite is therefore very pleasant. Firewood is available on site. You can park your car on our private property, near the entrance to the gîte. On vacation with the dog Dogs are just as welcome with us as their owners. The gîte is adjacent to a fenced garden (common) and has a fenced private terrace. Of course, your dog can also use the private river on our property. Within walking distance of the gîte, there are 2 waterfalls and a swimming lake for the dog. Your dog can walk (almost) anywhere. There are numerous beautiful walks to take with plenty of shade and cooling. Exclusively for our guests, we have a large number of walks available as GPX files for smartphone or walking GPS. There is also a hiking booklet available in the gîte. Guest access Do you like hiking (possibly with the dog), cycling, winter sports and/or just doing nothing in a beautiful environment?
