You can also enjoy great restaurants, bars, vineyards and breweries within a short drive - 8 mi to Uptown Kingston, 12 mi to New Paltz, 15 mi to Woodstock & 18 mi to Rhinebeck. The space Welcome to our home! You are in a ranch-style house, with a walkout basement (on one-side). The house was gutted and fully renovated to have the latest amenities, while preserving the original character - like its original hardwood floor & wood burning fireplace! Spread over 2 acres of land, you can enjoy the sounds of nature while enjoying seasonal views of the Blue mountains. Main Floor: Living Room, Open Kitchen, Dining Area, 3 bedrooms (1 King & 2 Queen Beds) and 1 bathroom. Basement: Additional Living (TV or Game) Room, Office Area (not enclosed), 1 Bedroom (King Bed) and 1 bathroom. We have a handful of our favorite cards and board games available for you. Some toys to keep the little ones engaged are available too. Feel free to also browse through the book collection in the office area. Backyard: We have a grill and patio seating area right outside the house. You will also notice the beautiful rock surfaces that expose the mountain that the house sits on. Firepit Patio: We hope you enjoy the firepit (with lots of wood for your use) along with relaxing Adirondacks chairs! Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic appliances (including French press and drip coffee makers, instapot etc) and cooking essentials (pots, pans, oils, spices, condiment etc). We also have kid-friendly dinnerware and glasses. Laundry: Feel free to use the washer & dryer in the utility room. Security Cameras: For the security of our guests, we have cameras on the outside of the house. There are no cameras inside the house. Please note that the house is off the main road but it is set back on the property, so there is minimal noise in the house. There is also a fence & newly planted trees that line the front of the property. Guest access We will share the code for the smart lock on the day of your check-in. Please feel free to use the driveway, parking lot or garage to park your cars. Other things to note Please note that we strive to keep our home hypoallergenic and therefore we don’t allow pets, unless agreed upon before the stay. Any undisclosed and unapproved pets that are brought to the home can be charged up to $500 for stays less than 5 days and up to $1000 for stays longer than 5 days. Registration Details 10671
