The apartment is designed to provide comfort and privacy for guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Space for small meals, work or study, blackout window, designed cabinets, bedding, two pillows per person, towels and blankets. (according to the number of guests in the reservation) In the kitchen, there is a cooktop, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, pots, glasses, plates and cutlery; Laundry area with a tank, washing machine (free of charge), iron, ironing board and a water filter. In the bathroom, there is liquid soap for the body and hands, toilet paper, and a clothesline. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor and access is via stairs. It will be exclusive to you with a bathroom and kitchenette for you, only and the service area that will be shared with other guests. Our standard check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is until 12 p.m. Additional fee may be charged if you need flexibility. To authorize entry to the building, it is mandatory to send in advance the photo of the front and back of the valid ID, updated and with a photo of all guests, including children. If the child does not have a RG, the original birth certificate or certified copy must be presented. We will send a Google Forms for mandatory completion MINOR GUEST only accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. If you are with only one of the parents and the custody is shared, a clear and accurate written authorization of the other parent is required to contain information such as destination, period of travel and express agreement so that the child can travel under the responsibility of the parent or guardian who will accompany him/her.
