Here you find a cozy apartment with 5 minutes with car to both Sundsvall and Timrå and only 500 m to the big shopping center Birsta City with IKEA, Media Markt and much more next door. The apartment is compact, but very functional. You will find three bedroom with two separate beds, but can be refurnished into double beds, and one singel bedroom. Outside there is lawn where you are welcome to play or have a bbq. There are two other apartments which also can be rented if you are more people. Guest access There is shared basement where there are two washing machines (one has combined dryer), one dryer and one extra shower. Other things to note Because of the stair (se picture), the apartment might not be suitable for small children och people with disabilities.
