Come stay in our fully furnished studio apartment. It can accommodate up to 2 adults and whether it is a long term or short term stay, this apartment has everything you need. The space Beautiful newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, studio apartment. This studio apartment can sleep 2 people. It does have a stocked kitchen, small dining table with 2 chairs, washer/dryer, refrigerator, dresser and small closet. Fast WiFi is available. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. The Space The space contains one queen size bed with extra sheets, pillows and blankets. This is a brand new space that was completely remodeled. The apartment is located in our backyard but you will have access through our side gate. A Roku enabled TV is mounted on the wall for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with a couple of pots and pans for you to cook your own meals during your stay. There is a coffee pot, cups and creamer as well. There are plates, cups, bowls and silverware provided for you. We do NOT allow pets at this property, no exceptions. Please plan on leaving your furry pets at home during your stay with us. GUESTS ONLY!! Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $200 additional fee plus damages. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Guest access All areas of the studio apartment are available to guests as well as the backyard and the side of the apartment under the oning. There is also a dumpster in the alley right behind our house. We will give you a key so you can throw your trash away please and thank you.
