The tastefully furnished and well-equipped flat with balcony and with a wonderful view of the Mannheim skyline, the river and the Palatinate (21st floor) is very centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, the Luisenpark and the university clinic with direct tram connections in front of the door (city centre, train station, Heidelberg). Free parking at the weekend. The space The 34 sqm flat is lovingly furnished to a high standard, including a fully equipped kitchenette and parquet flooring. From the flat you can enjoy the breathtaking view over the skyline of Mannheim and the river to the mountains of the Palatinate. At night, thousands of lights shine. A view you will never forget. The flat is equipped with WLAN, so working at your desk is guaranteed at all times. The foldaway bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with a high-quality mattress does not take up any space during the day, as it can be folded up. The sofa can be folded out so that a third person can sleep comfortably. The bathroom has a bathtub with integrated shower. Fresh towels are provided. Soap and shower gel are also available. Electrical curtains allow the room to be darkened. There are 4 lifts in the foyer of the building, allowing quick access to the flats. Access to the flat is step-free. Security is provided by a night porter between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. as well as cameras on the ground floor and in the lifts. Free parking is available directly opposite at weekends. Otherwise, there is a paid car park on the premises (see price table - COLLINI-CENTER MULDE). Although this is a non-smoking flat, you can of course smoke on the balcony while enjoying the view. Mannheim is not only a shopping metropolis in the Rhine-Neckar region, it also offers cultural and sporting highlights. And of course we also support our guests with all other questions and do everything to make their stay as beautiful, pleasant and relaxed as possible. Guest access We provide guests with city maps to help them find their way around. The bus stop of line 5 is directly in front of the house. At weekends, free parking is available from Friday 18.00 to Sunday in the AOK car park. A paid parking space is located on the property. The flat is accessible without steps.
