Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. I offer stay for 1 guest in a clean, quiet & cosy single bedroom in a 3rd (top floor) flat. Please note there are no lifts in this building. There are spaces for visitor parking. The flat is very close to: Cosham High Street (shops and amenities) (3 min walk) Queen Alexandra Hospital (5 minute walk) Bus Station Train Station Suitable for single professionals, tourists, and those visiting friends or relatives in QA. Guest access Guest will be given the flats front door key and another key to lock the bedroom door for privacy if they so wish. You are welcome to all areas of the flat and make yourself at home, apart from my own bedroom (master bedroom) please - this is my personal space. During your stay I'll be available in the flat if needed; I'm usually working from home. Other things to note Flat is at very convenient location. Hygiene and cleanliness are important to me so my property is very well maintained.
