Family home in the center of Haarlem

Cozy family home close to the centre of Haarlem. Built around 1906 and renovated recently, this house with 3 floors and 4 bedrooms is located in the middle of a street with terraced houses. The beach is 15 mins by train or car, 30 mins by bike. The well known nature reserve Kennemerduinen is just around the corner, and is a beautiful area to walk, hike, run or cycle around in. We also have 2 cats who can roam the neighbourhood freely. The space Spacious living room and kitchen downstairs. The kitchen and bathroom (also downstairs) are newly installed in 2018. The kitchen leads to the garden that always has some shade during the day. Upstairs you will find the parents bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180cm x 210cm), as well as a second toilet. There is also a guestroom, but that’s now being used as office space since we work from home. There is also a single bed in there. On the second floor there are 2 childrens rooms. The room at the front of the house has a very comfortable bed of 90cm x 200cm, the room at the back a double bed of 160cm x 200cm. Finally, we have 2 cats: Loewie & Bennie. We would be very grateful if you are willing to feed them & enjoy having them around. Low maintenance & and happy pets that roam the neighbourhood freely ;-).
