Beautifully located on Whitecliffs Hill, with stunning views of Port Phillip bay, the property offers you a large lawn area to use at your leisure and is only a 100 metre stroll down to the beach. The apartment is a short walk to Rye Main Street and a quick drive to Blairgowrie and Sorrento. The space Looking for the perfect Getaway! Welcome to One on Brae. The space offers two bedrooms, a large open plan room that includes a lounge area, dining table and a small kitchenette. Outside there is a deck and large lawn area with a new webber BBQ. The perfect spot to enjoy dinner after a big day at the beach or at the hot springs. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, please BYO beach towels. The dining area has a 4-seater table and everything you need to enjoy a meal. The lounge room includes a lounge and TV. There is also heating to keep you warm, and a split system air conditioner to stay cool in summer. The kitchenette has a small fridge, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and toasted sandwich maker. Essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee pods and sugar are provided.
