" Within 15 minutes of Richmond's best sites, hiking, restaurants, and breweries, this quiet suite is perfect for a weekend away. The space This space includes a stylish studio with a comfortable queen-sized bed, couch, table/desk workspace, smart TV, wifi access, full bath, kitchenette, washer/dryer, and outdoor patio seating. With COVID-19, we are taking extra care to disinfect surfaces between reservations. Guest access Parking is easy and free! We have a designated parking pad for guests, as indicated in the photos. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and rocket kettle. We provide coffee, tea, sugar, honey, oil, and other essentials. Other things to note This space is a great fit for 1-3 people. The space includes a queen bed and futon couch, which folds into a bed. Our entire home is on the same HVAC system. While we try to keep the temperature comfortable for both levels, we have provided a space heater & fan for your comfort. (Please turn off the space heater when leaving the property). The home is located south of the James River. Depending on which bridge you take, trips across the river are easy and convenient but can cost up to $1 in tolls. The space is a great option for traveling healthcare professionals! It is within 20 minutes of the following hospitals: Chippenham, Johnston-Willis, St. Francis, St. Mary's, and VCU. We will give a 5% discount on the nightly rate to traveling healthcare professionals.
