Welcome and enjoy your stay in Mooreville! located in the country in a small town of Mooreville, Milan MI. approx. 3 miles from grocery store, 6 miles from US 23, restaurants dine in/take out, boutiques, post office, hardware store, parks, church, movie theater, in quaint town of Milan MI. 15 miles south of Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti over looking the Saline river, bonfire pit out back. private entry, 1 bedroom full, own Living room, dining room & bathroom, shared kitchen w/ me, the homeowner & BF & AC The space 1 bedroom queen size bed, with smart TV, own Living room, own dining room & bathroom, shared kitchen w/ my boyfriend and I the homeowner, with AC and whole house generator back up. Passcode entry let me know if you need instruction for the lock, you might have to pull the door handle towards you when leaving/push from inside to lock the latch. Please turn off lights (it reflects into out bedroom) if not in use or needed & please lock the door and all windows when leaving. We reside in the residence and unfortunately due to allergies there is a NO PET POLICY.. I have NO extra or hidden fees, the price you see is the price you pay.. Please, No outside guests beyond who is registering for the space UNLESS discussed prior to arrival. Thank you. Guest access Front entryway, front living room, front bedroom, front dining room/work area, kitchen and front bathroom. During your stay I like socializing but will give you space. Other things to note Please rinse the kitchen sink out after each use to prevent stains, please squeegee glass shower glass with provided squeegee & please turn off any unnecessary or unused lights. If I AM able to accommodate there will be a prorated fee for booking. of what the daily check in price is plus tax times the amount of hours for early arrival. For example: whatever day of your early arrival. Take that daily rate times the .06 tax take that total and divide it by 24 hours that will be the hourly rate. Then multiply that by how many hours you will be arriving early.. you may pay that by clicking the send money tab. if you cancel 24 hours or less of your agreed check in time (EST) it’s NON REFUNDABLE.
