Guest suite in Cape Coral

This waterfront canal home w/ pool is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the highly sought after Yacht Club area. Please note that this is a private guest suite with dedicated bathroom within our home. Our guests have full, unrestricted acess to the game room, kitchen, pool area/lanai, and all other common areas of the home. My family and 2 adorable & very sweet dogs will be here during your stay. Dogs Include: 5-yr old Frenchie "Luna", 5-yr old terrier mix "Ivy." The space Our home and the private guest suite is set up to be your haven while visiting the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area. From the enclosed lanai you will enjoy beautiful views of the pool area and canal. Spend your morning sipping coffee from one of the many seating areas inside the extra large lanai, and in the evening enjoy a beverage sitting near the canal watching for sea turtles, dolphins and manatees. You can also use the cruiser bikes to explore the area by land, or the kayaks to explore by water! From the house it is just minutes to the Yacht Club beach and the Boat House Tiki Bar & Grill. You are also minutes from all the amazing restaurants of downtown SW Cape Coral. The suite itself features a private bathroom with 3/4 shower, kitchenette (mini fridge and microwave), and comfortable king bed. If you wish to cook during your stay, the full kitchen is at your disposal as is the grill/smoker combo located outside on the lanai. We want our home to be your home during your stay! During your stay We have hosted air bnb guests for the past 5 years in our lakefront Minnesota home, and are thrilled to bring our joy of hosting to sunny Florida! When staying at are home you will be welcomed as a member of our family. You are free to come and go as you please, and socialize as much or as little as you would like while here. We are available to answer questions, give recommendations, or help you in any way possible! Other things to note This home is shared with my family of 4 and 2 very sweet and very adorable dogs: Luna - 5 year old Frenchie (29 pounds) Ivy - 5 year old terrier mix (37 pounds) There may be one other guest staying here in the "Cabana Room" if it is booked during your stay
