Welcome to our home away from home, where you can relax and take it easy or enjoy all the excitement close by. Our Seaside Studio sleeps 2 guests comfortably, one queen size bed, one queen sofa bed, 1 full bath, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our studio provides all the amenities of a home with an extraordinary location close to all of your vacation needs. You can take a walk to the Blue Jays Stadium, you are 1 Mile to Downtown Dunedin where restaurants and shops awaiting to please your palate. The space The space is a fully equipped studio for 2 guests. There is one queen bed and a comfy sofa bed, full bath and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a cafe table and chairs on the front covered porch to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, work or have a great conversation. Guest access Guests can access the front covered patio area of the studio only. We have a cute cafe table for 2 in front for you to enjoy. ** Back yard is private owners space.** Other things to note This property is service dog exempt due to owner having severe animal allergies. This is also not a party house at all. There are No unregistered guests allowed. This is a beautiful studio with a very relaxed, peaceful vibe to it. Please leave as neat and tidy as you found it. We offer you beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a cooler to use for the beach too. If there is anything you need please ask.
