Your booking will bring you to a large inviting home where you will experience gracious hospitality in an inclusive family setting, no matter what your background. We also host 5 other rooms and usually have an international flavor in our home. As the upstairs house structure, we recommend guest who’s above 70 years old has family accompanied. Located just a 5 minute walk from Deakin University and public transport, close to shopping center's and not far from Melbourne CBD. The space Accommodating 1-2 guests your room is located on the 2nd floor and comes with a Queen size bed and walk-in-robe. Shared access to a bathroom and separate toilet. The room is equipped with a study desk and ergonomic chair. This is a 10 Bedroom home with 5 downstairs and 5 upstairs. While our family members take up 4 bedrooms the other 6 rooms are gracefully hosted and you may get to meet other guests. Guest access A passcode will be provided for the electronic lock at the front door. You can self check-in with the door keypad if the host is unavailable. Your stay provides you with access to an excellent kitchen, butlers pantry, dining room, lounge & laundry facilities. At the rear of the home there is an Alfresco area and a large garden which you may also access. During your stay We are a family of 4. Where there are opportunities to socialise with our guests we will. We often ask our guests to share a meal with us and we are on hand to help make our guests stay enjoyable where possible. Other things to note Parking is limited to a maximum of 6 cars in the two driveways. There are two StreetSide parking permits available on request if no off-street parking is available.
