Zolina Villa is a spacious 4 bedroom that is centrally located yet feels quietly hidden. The space Inside the sliding gate at the street you enter into the private carport. Beyond the carved wood doors at the end of the carport guests step into a lush garden which surrounds the inner property including the 25m Lap Pool, Kid Pool and Ironwood Deck. Next to the pool are Two Identical Bedrooms connected by an inside lockable door. All bedrooms have large private ensuite bathrooms. An open common area with wide sliding glass doors at either end allow air to circulate around the spacious Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms. Both open out to the wide-open outdoor patio that overlooks the property. The Master has a cozy living space as well as private office. Both have large private Bathrooms.
