Elegant apartment - industrial style

This unique place has a style all its own. You will stay on 75 square meters, in a lovingly renovated, state-of-the-art old building apartment in industrial style, with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, cozy bedrooms with smart TV and a noble living room with dining area. The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes. The space The smoke-free apartment, on the third floor of a renovated old building from the Gründerzeit period, can be reached via an elevator in the stairwell. It consists of a spacious living room with dining area, two individually furnished bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, including a filter coffee maker and a Tschibo Cafissimo milk, to enjoy coffee at the counter or on the balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and washing machine. In the bedrooms there is a smart TV on which you have the possibility to log in with your own access to Netflix in addition to the analog and digital TV channels. In the living room, this is also possible with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. The hallway also offers space to linger and browse with original seats from the Leipzig Opera and a map of Dresden and the surrounding area. In suitable weather, there is the possibility to relax on the balcony. There is also the only option for smoking. There is a separate bicycle cellar for the apartment where you can store your bicycles. There is currently also a mountain bike for use. Guest access Free parking is available right in front of the house or in the side streets. After an appointment, you will receive the key directly from us and the accommodation will be shown. However, it is also possible to find the key in a key box at special times. You will then learn the necessary code and all other things during the personal dialogue.
