Our state of the art facilities cater to every fitness level. The Seascape Golf Course is open daily 30 minutes after sunrise and last bucket sold 30 minutes prior to sunset. Lush fairways meet stunning ocean views. Guest's of Seascape Resort receive a discount on tee times. Seascape Resort offers three pools on the main property. They are open from 9AM-10PM Cart Service is available throughout the resort and down to the beach for registered guests of Seascape Resort only. Cart service is based on demand and availability. Pick-ups from the beach ban experience longer wait timed during peak season due to foot traffic on the path. Beach fires and s'mores packages are available by reservation through the front desk (or messaging us here). Guest access When you book with us, you'll be securing your reservation through the official Seascape Beach Resort Listing. This ensures you access to all amenities and services that we offer, such as resort-wide transportation, Concierge services, access to Seascape Sports Club and tennis courts, discounts on tee times at Seascape Golf and On-site experiences including our most popular, Beach Fire Experience. Daily housekeeping service is also available upon request. Other things to note WEATHER ADVISORY: For travelers planning visits between May and September, kindly note that temperatures in our region typically fluctuate between 45 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. While our accommodations do not feature air conditioning, we provide standing fans to ensure comfort during your stay. POLICIES: Check-in time: Our check-in time is 4 pm. If you plan to arrive early, you are welcome to enjoy the resort until your unit becomes available. Check-out time: Our checkout time is 11:30 am. If you need a later check-out, please call us the morning of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Cancellation: Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a fee of 1 night room & tax. Pet/Smoking: Our units are pet-free and smoke-free. The discovery of pets in our units will result in their immediate removal, accompanied by a penalty of up to $300. A penalty of $300 will also apply to units with the discovery of smoking.
