My end terrace house is located in a very central and yet very quiet location in HH-Niendorf. U-Bahn (U2, Niendorf-Markt), bus lines (including Line 5), the Tibarg Center and the Niendorfer Gehege recreational area are a few minutes' walk away. The airport and highway are also just a stone's throw away. The price includes the culture and tourism tax of the city of Hamburg in the amount of €2 per night. The space The approx. 30 m² room impresses with its brightness and appears particularly spacious thanks to the almost 4 meter high ceiling. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a magnificent view of the garden and an adjoining small park with old trees. The room is tastefully decorated and has a comfortable bed, a cozy sofa, an armchair, a desk, a wardrobe and a considerable sideboard with a small fridge and a microwave. In addition, a Nespresso machine, kettle, coffee service, water glasses and cutlery are available in the room. The anthracite-colored wooden floor underlines the stylish atmosphere of the room. The room has its own fully equipped bathroom on the same floor. Since the guest room and bathroom are the only rooms on this floor, you will enjoy a high level of privacy here. The two terraces at the house as well as the small "beer garden" can also be used. Guest access A washing machine and dryer are available at agreed times at cost price. Other things to note Important note for very noise-sensitive guests: Hamburg has an airport that is very close to the city. Departing and landing airplanes are part of the daily noise in all northern districts, depending on the wind direction between 6 am and 11 pm.
