Shops for daily necessities within walking distance (no longer than 10 min) The space The well-kept private room is on the 3rd floor. Shops for everyday needs are within walking distance (about 10 min). There is also a parking space. The bedroom has a 55" flat screen with Netflix and the like. The house is generally very quiet. Windows are triple soundproofed. Kitchen and bathroom are only used by me and you. Smokers have a balcony with seating available. The dishwasher takes care of the annoying dishes.
