The space THE APARTMENT Located on the first floor of a four-story building (no elevator), this bright apartment offers all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay, whether for business or pleasure. It has underfloor heating from mid-October to the end of April, ensuring a warm and consistent temperature in winter. THE LIVING ROOM The 20 m² living room is a welcoming space, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or work. It includes a smart TV, a dining table with chairs, two small sofas, and an open-plan kitchen with a bar area, perfect for sharing meals together. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is included. THE BEDROOMS The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm), a wardrobe, two bedside tables, touch lamps, and a USB charger. Shutters and blackout curtains ensure good insulation and a peaceful night's sleep. A travel cot can be set up in the larger bedroom upon request. A baby bath and changing table are also available upon request. The accommodation is ideal for 4 guests, with the possibility of accommodating a 5th guest (supplement per night) thanks to an extra mattress in one of the bedrooms. During the summer months, fans are provided for added comfort. THE BATHROOM The bathroom includes a bathtub, a large sink, and a washing machine. Convenient toiletries and accessories are provided for your stay: shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, etc. THE KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals just like at home: refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, filter coffee maker, Tassimo machine, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware. Upon arrival, everything will be ready: the beds will be made, and a bath towel per person will be provided, along with a set of toiletries (liquid soap and toilet paper). For your convenience, you can easily replenish supplies at nearby shops. A private parking space is reserved for you within the residence, just steps from the building entrance. Its dimensions (2.25 m wide and 5.5 m long) are perfectly suited for a standard vehicle.
