A clean place at the beautiful canal of Utrecht

Hello! I share my tiny apartment with those who are in need of a longer than average simple, hygienic and comfortable stay in Utrecht (to be clear, I also live in it). This place is for those who are temporarily studying/working for PhD research and then move back or find a place for themselves. Please read the full description = ) The space The apartment consist of a 30m2 space with kitchen and separate bathroom and a 25m2 second space with a sloping roof for guests. The second space is located above the first space. You enter this space with the stairs, see photo. You can close the space with the shutter for privacy (there is also a lock). When I am hosting, the second space is all yours (I sleep below, in the studio). In your space you will find a fridge, Nespresso, large bed, lazy chair, headphone, bluetooth speaker, a place to store clothes/stuff, a convector heater and small fan. Guest access You have acces to all areas, the living room/kitchen/bathroom. Other things to note - I’m a tidy person. So I like to keep it clean (especially the kitchen). I hope you respect that. - This apartment is for one person only (me not included), so no guests. - No smoking. Registration Details Exempt
