The suite contains a mini fridge, toaster oven and microwave but a full kitchen is NOT AVAILABLE. Easy access to the highway makes this a great place for exploring the city and downtown is only 10 minutes drive away. As well as having beautiful walking trails directly behind the house Bowring park is only minutes away! The noise upstairs tenants are now vacated! The space Two bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and double bed. Bedrooms each have a closet area for hanging or putting away clothes. The living space includes a TV with Fire stick to watch Netflix/Prime or Disney+ Guest access Access the house through the main door and the suite is directly down the stairs. There is off street parking for one vehicle in the driveway and street parking is free.
