Free on-site tandem parking for 2 cars. We can host up to 5. Ideal for business trips, "work from home" travelers, and family vacations. The space Welcome to our stylish & modern haven! Recently remodeled, this private single-family 2-bedroom/1-bathroom house is fully loaded with all the comforts of home. Located in a quiet area, we are conveniently located near many Hollywood/North Hollywood attractions: 5-10 minutes from the studios in Burbank, 15 mins to Universal Studios, and 15-20 mins to Hollywood. There are lots of restaurants nearby that you can drive to, as well as Whole Foods, Ralphs, and other grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. You'll love our home and never want to leave! The kitchen features all new, stainless steel appliances. We have most items needed to make a meal. There's plenty of counter space for cooking. Our dining table can set up to 6 people and it also makes a great indoor workspace if needed. There's a large and comfy L-shaped couch in the living room that can double as a bed if needed. We have a 52" SMART-TV above the fireplace that you can connect to your accounts on HULU, Netflix, Amazon, etc. There are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and a 48" SMART-TV and the other with a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have closet space and the king room has a dresser where you can store clothes and personal items. Our private, fenced backyard is the perfect spot to enjoy the California sun and relax outside. There's a large and shaded seating area with a table where you can enjoy outdoor meals or get some work done if needed. We also have sunning beds and a nice chair set in the yard for you to enjoy. There's a gas grill that you are welcome to use to fire up a meal! Our home is ideal for studio and entertainment professionals, anyone on a business trip, travelers looking to "work from home", and families on vacation. Guest access You will have private access to the house and backyard area. You can park your car in the driveway behind the gate or in the driveway in front. There are in-suite washer/dryer machines that you are welcome to use. The garage and fenced area behind the garage are not available for your use, though. Other things to note We have a gardener who comes on Wednesdays, usually in the 10am-11am time frame. He will be in the front and back yard areas tending to the plants and grounds. You do not need to be on site when he is there, but please be aware that he will be entering the backyard space. We have a non-toxic pest control company that comes to spray the outside area/backyard only typically around the 3rd week of the month. They’ll only be outside and won’t need indoor access . The house DOES have central heat/AC and a Nest System installed. We have the fastest WiFi offered by our provider. We've hosted many guests here who have "worked from home" on video conferences. Connectivity and speed have not been an issue. The signal is strong in the backyard area. We offer on-site parking for 2 tandem vehicles. We ask that you park behind the gate. Beds: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and the large couch in the living room is quite comfy to sleep on, although it is NOT a pull-out/sofa bed. The hot water in the kitchen takes a minute or two to heat up. If you just turn on the faucet and let it run, it will heat up. Check-In/Check-Out Times: We use a self-check-in system that allows you to check-in at 4pm or any time after. Check out time is 11am. We are not able to accommodate late check-outs or early check ins. PACKAGE DELIVERY: You must get permission before having any packages or letters mailed. We do not offer concierge service, and as such you are responsible for signing and retrieving any packages delivered to you. We are not responsible for any mail that is lost or stolen. CLEANING: Maid service is not included in your reservation. The cleaning fee that you pay upon booking covers the cleaning for when you check out; mid-stay cleanings are not included. We can arrange mid-stay cleanings for an extra charge that's equal to the cleaning fee you paid. Please let us know at least 72 hours in advance if you'd like to arrange a mid-stay cleaning.
