*** community hot tub is currently down for major repair and won’t be back up until late August at the earliest. Spacious 3 bedroom townhome, perfectly located between Northstar and Palisades and a very short walk to the lake. Walk/Bike to Tahoe City for coffee or beach for some morning yoga, hit the trails or the slopes. Pets are not allowed on this property due to a recent HOA ruling. (Homeowner who frequents often does have dogs in the property for those who may have severe allergies). The space We are in the process of helping support the environment but eliminating as much single use plastics from our property. To do this we have provided full sized Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash/Hand Soap/Laundry and Dishwasher Tabs etc. in refillable containers that are available for your use. Please understand that if they disappear from our property we will charge $50/bottle. This is still a process as we transfer our cleaning products to this same standard. There are also refillable water bottles available as well for your use while at our home in lieu of plastic bottles. All bedrooms upstairs with 2 full bathrooms upstairs, half bath downstairs. HOA includes pools and hot tubs as well as tennis and pickleball courts when the weather is nice. (Times restricted to 10 AM to 9 PM for these facilities). This is an HOA townhome community with a very strict noise ordinance so please respect our next door neighbors. There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door which does record video/sound.
