Guest access Guests have access to the party space and the pool area through the garage gate of the house (which may or may not be rented). But don't worry, the party space is all yours! Other things to note Rules At the end of the event, garbage must be collected (beverage cans, paper and disposables must be placed in the trash cans). Food scraps should be removed from the dishes and the dishes should be washed. No barbecues are allowed. R$1,500 fine *Gate* Keep closed (Open upon arrival of each guest - no exceptions). *Decoration* No balloons or decorations on the walls *Sound* Music should be ambient (no car stereo or professional loudspeaker with high volume) *Guests* The number of guests must be informed in advance. R$50.00 fine per extra person. *Pool* Delivered with the gate closed, and it is at the discretion of the person responsible for the reservation to open the place; remembering that the pool is deep for those who cannot swim (depth of 1m40) and that, therefore, children or adolescents must be in the place under the supervision of adults and those who can swim. Swimwear is not allowed in the garage space and/or main gate. It is forbidden to enter the pool with suntan lotion (there is an external shower to rinse off before entering the pool) *Swing* Only allowed for children up to 10 years old. *Excessive dirt* An extra fee of R$200 will be charged *Events* You can hold events for up to 30 people, but the host needs to be informed beforehand about the number of people Under no circumstances are events with a box office charge allowed (No entrance fee). R$2,000 fine for non-compliance with the rule. This is a "Day use" reservation authorized by Airbnb. Therefore, through this reservation, sleeping on the premises is not allowed.
