Enjoy your stay in Pensacola in this cozy, private home 5-min from Downtown. This 1 bed / 1 bath home is located just minutes from Seville Quarter and 15 minutes from Pensacola beach. Relax and unwind after a lively day in town or on the white sands of the Gulf in your home away from home! Best suited for 2 guests, the Beach town Chateau is a perfect getaway for solo travelers and couples! Guests will enjoy the entire home with access to a full bathroom, bedroom, and open living room/ dining room/ kitchen area. Guests also have their own full closet. The main part of our home sits on the second floor it provides ultimate comfort and privacy as windows look out to treetops and rooftops! The living room hosts a smart TV and fills with natural light. The couch also pulls out to a queen size bed - for an additional sleeping option. You can plan to cook as we have a fully stocked kitchen for guests! Equipped with an air fryer oven, full size oven, full size refrigerator, and dishwater & utensils - you will have what you need to cook while you stay if you choose. We highly recommend trying out some of the local restaurants during your stay since you’ll be within minutes of downtown! The living room opens up to our quainty balcony, perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or to unwind before bed. Rest easy because you also have on site parking available to you. ***if you plan to use the pull out couch we require advance notice, and there is an additional fee for additional guests after 2 (see more in house rules) *** as stated in our house rules - we do not allow parties on our property As a guest you have access to the entire upstairs space of our home. Please be mindful of any signage in the home - as we have instructions posted for utilizing certain items in the home, or drawers / closets that should not be opened. We ask you do not use the laundry room or garage (both on first floor). Free parking is available in the driveway! Feel free to contact us for anything no matter how small it may seem. We want to make sure your vacation goes as smooth as possible. In case of emergencies we can have someone at the house same day! Average sub-urban working class neighborhood! Our neighborhood is a few miles east of downtown in a residential part of town that is quickly developing. We ask you be respectful of our neighbors. I recommend getting around by car. If you fly in a rental car is definitely worth it if you're planning on going to the beach. To get to downtown, you can Uber/Lyft for a reasonable amount of money. We do our best to accommodate early check ins and late check outs if requested in advance. Our early check in time is 1PM, and our early check in fee is $30. Our late check out time is 1PM, and our late check out fee is $30. We do not allow smoking in our property. You are permitted to smoke on the balcony. Please dispose of any litter in the outside trash can. If we discover you have smoked in the house there is a $50 fine. If there is excessive mess / checkout instructions are not followed, and our cleaners have to stay longer than scheduled they charge us $40/hour. If this is the case we will charge the guest for the additional cleaning hours. We do allow pets. You must notify us that you will be bringing a pet. Our pet fee is $75. This is a one time fee, and covers one pet. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Additional pets must be approved BEFORE reservation check in date & additional $75/pet applies. Our home is secure with ADT. We use a professional, locally owned women operated cleaning company for all of our cleans. They utilize sustainable cleaning methods and ensure our home has been both cleaned and sanitized between guests. Your safety is our priority!
